Straight from Hawaii, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a cross between surfing and kayaking. This easy-to-learn and fun water activity is accessible to everyone, including children ages 8 and up (when accompanied by an adult).  

Standing on your board and using your paddle, glide gently along the Meuse River as you explore the waterways.
