Regulations

Internal Regulations of Les Capitaineries de Namur.
(Supplement to the Internal Regulations of the SPW harbor)

For every new mooring, the captain of the vessel is required to report to the Henri Hallet harbor for registration.

The boat space is determined exclusively by one of the harbormasters.

Every vessel must have valid insurance (including wreck removal/salvage coverage) and valid registration documents.

Each vessel must display the owner's telephone number in a visible location in case of emergency.

Access to water and electricity is only permitted upon request to the harbor.

The pontoons at the Amée marina are accessible to boats with a maximum length of 9 metres.

The pontoons at Henri Hallet marina are accessible to boats with a maximum length of 12 metres.

Annual and structural maintenance of the pontoons is carried out by Les Capitaineries de Namur. However, throughout the entire period of occupancy of a boat space, boat owners are responsible for keeping their space, the pontoon they use, and the immediate surrounding area clean and well maintained.

Payment for the boat space must be made no later than the time of mooring.

Any vessel that does not comply with the applicable requirements may be denied access to the marina.

The Henri Hallet harbor is open every day from April 15 to October 15 from 10:00 a.m.

Les Capitaineries de Namur reserve the right to take action and require any cleaning or restoration work deemed necessary to ensure the safety, quality, and appearance of the marina facilities.
